By creating an account, subscribing, or using Jobvox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the service.

• Jobvox is a job discovery, matching, and workflow tool. It is not an employment agency, recruiter, or placement service.
• You retain ownership of your resume and other content you upload. You grant us a limited right to process that content solely to operate the service.
• Job listings, match scores, and AI-generated outputs are informational aids only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or the continued availability of any third-party job listing.

Some Jobvox features rely on third-party providers, including authentication providers, infrastructure vendors, payment processors, and AI model providers.

AI-generated analysis, suggestions, and draft content require your review before use. You remain responsible for any application materials you submit to third parties.

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or bypass technical controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing material.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to Jobvox, other users, or related systems.
• Do not use automated activity against Jobvox beyond documented product behavior.

• Paid plans renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled before renewal.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes and valid payment details.
• We may suspend paid features if payment fails or chargebacks occur.
• Free and paid plan limits, pricing, and feature availability may evolve over time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is used abusively, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Jobvox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimvox LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
